Overview：

GXF5-170 Series Large-capacity Outdoor Optical Cable Splice Box is outdoor cable interface equipment well designed for the junction between the trunk fiber optic cable and wiring fiber optic cable in the optical access network, the box body is designed and manufactured by SMC macromolecule materials and the grade of protection is up to IP65 and at the same time has a good fire proof performance, ensuring the reliable cross-connection and exchange between the trunk fiber optic cable and wiring fiber optic cable. At the same time, the box can be used to mount a fiber splitter in XPON access, forming a complete fiber optic cable interconnection, fiber splitting and wiring integrated system, and is an ideal complimentary product for XPON integrated access outdoor large-capacity fiber optic cable wiring.

Main Functions and Technical Characteristics：

The box body is well prepared by SMC macromolecule materials, with excellent thermal insulation performance, and sealing strips are installed inside the door plate and can withstand great changes in weather and bad working environment.

Fully positive operation, withdrawing type structure, splicing and wiring integrated module operation, easy maintenance;

Providing direct splicing unit, and realizing direct splicing operation of fiber optic cable;

Applicable to banded, bunchy and non-banded optical cable;

Universal adapter mounting bar, compatible with mounting FC, SC, ST, LC and other adapters;

With reliable introduction, fixed, protecting and grounding devices of of fiber optic cable;

A variety of splicing and wiring markers facilitate to record splicing and wiring;

The angle between the end face and positive face of the adapter is 30 degrees, facilitating the extraction of optical fiber and meanwhile protecting the eyes of operators from being burnt by laser effectively;

Reasonable fiber coiled structure ensures that the radius of optical fiber surrounding optical fiber at any location is more than 40 mm.
