Overview：

GPX311-PE22 Series Fiber Optical fiber Splitter Box is mainly used for outdoors wall-hung mounting optical fiber splitters, and fiber optic cable is provided to the box body and grounding components, fiber splicing components, fiber splitter mounting components and fiber adapter panel components and others are introduced and fixed. The mounting and wiring of optical fiber splitters with 1X4 to 1X32 and 2X4 to 2X32 and other capacities, as well as the introduction and splicing of optical fiber and all other functions can be provided; the splitter box is in particular applicable to outdoor fiber relay, splicing and wiring application with small capacity and is an ideal complimentary product for the corresponding applications.

Main Functions and Technical Characteristics：

The box body is prepared by high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets, the surface is plastic sprayed by electrostatic powder and the appearance is beautiful and elegant; at the same time the full flanging waterproof structure is designed in the box body, and sealing rubber strips are installed inside the door plate and are provided with grade of protection up to IP65 and with good dual waterproof function.

The box body is configured with the introduced, fixed and spliced fiber optic cable, mounted fiber splitter and adapter and all other functional components and can independently complete all fiber splicing management functions;

The rotary type mounting plate structure with patented technology is used, fiber splitter, optical fiber splicing components and coiled components are all mounted on the rotating plate, stainless steel shaft and spring handle structure are adopted, the rotating plate can be opened by 90 forward, and the splicing operation and maintenance of optical fiber are conducted levelly, with very convenient application;

Compatible with 48-core outdoor optical cable splice box function, when not compatible with the fiber splitter, the box can be directly used as 48-core optical cable splice box;

The mounting bar structure compatible with the adapter is used and FC, SC, ST, LC and other types of fiber optic adapters can be compatibly mounted;

The angle between the end face and positive face of the adapter is 30 degrees, facilitating the extraction of optical fiber and meanwhile protecting the eyes of operators from being burnt by laser effectively;

Reasonable fiber coiled structure ensures that the radius of optical fiber surrounding optical fiber at any location is more than 40 mm.

The circular security lock with upper and lower two copper lock cores is used, equipped with waterproof and dustproof cover outside, and has good waterproof and anti-rust function; at the same time, the central part of the door plate is equipped with a padlock for fitting padlocks, and 3-point locking manner provides excellent security function;

A variety of splicing and wiring markers facilitate to record splicing and wiring;

Unique Fiber Splitter pressure plate type mounting structure can adapt to mount fiber splitters of different manufacturers with different capacities;
